Keep dry feet healthy

Wearing the wrong shoes or spending too much time standing , can result in dry , itchy feet and areas of irritated or scaly skin . Without treatment , dry skin can thicken and crack open , leaving your feet vulnerable to infection .
Using a pumice stone , exfoliators and foot soaks will help remove dry skin from your feet . Regularly applying foot cream and removing dead skin will help keep the feet healthy and hydrated .

Cell phones carry 10 times more bacteria than toilet seats

A shocking fact is that cell phones have more germs than your toilet seat !
Research shows that this is because cell phones are rarely cleaned . However , the number of germs on a phone isn ’ t the problem – it ’ s the sharing of phones between people . Without sharing , each phone carries just one set of germs and won ’ t make you sick . The problem is that we are in constant contact with our phones which are in close proximity to our faces and mouths . And , because it ’ s an electronic device , most people are hesitant about cleaning them .
To limit the spread of diseases from your cell phone , try not to share them and wipe them down with antibacterial wipes .
