Foundations: Get Ready, Get Set
for School!
Making the transition from home to
school is a big change, that is why we
created Foundations. It is a unique
program created by a multidisciplinary team that helps bridge
the gap from parent/toddler classes to
preschool ready children. This
program replicates a typical
preschool day, while providing extra
support and individualized care from
trained professionals. The group will
be lead by two occupational
therapists who are mindful of the
sensory system's role and integration
required for optimal learning and
engagement, while providing
environmental supports as
needed. This small intimate setting
will benefit any child (i.e. typically
developing children, children who
may have sensory integration
challenges, and children with

developmental delay) ages 35.Foundations was built on the idea
that children benefit from
opportunities to build stronger roots
or foundations to support their
success. This in turn will help them
to make a positive transition into
preschool where they are feeling
ready, organized, and confident in
their abilities.

for school!

Time: 8:30-10:30am
Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday
Cost: $500 per week session
(possibility to bill to your insurance)
*Registration is bi-weekly: minimum
2 weeks to support child’s full
experience and increase adaptability
to structured setting.
