More than 60,000sqft of
high spec industrial space is
available at Lingfield Point.
Also pictured (inset) is Julian
Brooke, Managing Director
of Lingfield Warehousing
and Logistics.
With a surge in demand for
quality offices and warehousing
space, Lingfield Point in
Darlington is seeing massive
growth in its industrial offer.
Already the base for a number of national
occupiers and distribution centres like Turtle
Beach, Lingfield Point can offer units from
as little as 800sqft; offering flexible lease
lengths, storage and even 3rd party logistics
support on easy terms.
One of its biggest industrial customers,
Lingfield Warehousing and Logistics, has
doubled in size in the past three years – and
the prediction is that there is much more
growth to come.
That success is great news for business in
the North East - and is a clear indicator that
manufacturing in the North East is on the up.
Lingfield Warehousing and Logistics
offer probably the most competitive pallet
storage and archive box storage rates in
the area.
LINGFIELD POINT - MAKING
GOOD BUSINESS FEEL AT HOME
Lingfield Warehousing and Logistics is
a key player in the storage and logistics
overspill market in the North East and offers
a wide range of short or long-term logistics,
from general storage and warehousing to
document archives.
Julian Brooke, Managing Director, said:
“Our competitive pricing and the standard of
service we offer customers have led to an
increase in sales over the last year.
“At Lingfield Warehousing and Logistics,
you can rent everything from the space for
one pallet through to 1000.
”
The business park is already home to
some of the region’s top companies including
the Student Loans Company, Amec Foster
Wheeler, Four Seasons Health Care and
Turtle Beach.
Lingfield Point will also welcome Capita
later this year when it moves into the 42,000
sq ft of space it has taken for around 450
staff.
With superb security; 24 hour gatehouse
and gated entrances with extensive CCTV,
the site is centrally located in the region with
great access to road, rail, air and sea.
