Our team will always ensure transactions run smoothly, making sure all business needs are recognised - from development to sale - using our resources to the full for a flawless finish.” Endeavour’s team can advise on both residential and commercial property developments with specific expertise on how best to manage property ventures and can advise on any disposals, whether of whole sites or individual units. Meet the latest members of the team.. Gareth Jones joined Endeavour Partnership to work alongside Simon in 2018, becoming the third Partner in the commercial property team. Graduating from Liverpool University in 1990, Gareth has over 25 years of expertise in commercial property matters, particularly portfolio management work for a wide range of clients. He also has a keen interest in the real estate aspects of bank funding and finance and has experience acting on behalf of both the borrowing business and the main household name banks. As an adopted Teessider, Gareth has a client base stretching across Yorkshire, County Durham and the Tees Valley. The team has now grown to nine with the recruitment over the summer of two new members of staff. Carly Cornell specialises in commercial property and has experience of a variety of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals for both investor and occupier clients, landlord and tenant work including portfolio management work and general estate management work for a broad range of clients in both the public and private sector. Carly was born and raised on Teesside and went on to study at the University of Warwick before joining a regional law firm in Leeds to undertake her training contract. Upon qualification, Carly moved to an international law firm in Leeds and then made the move back to Teesside to join another international law firm based in Newcastle. Carly brought with her the knowledge and experience she gained from working at these firms and dealing with often high value, complex property transactions for a wide range of clients. And Lindsey Carter has also recently joined the Commercial Property team as CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner, having gained her industry qualification as earlier this year. Lindsey’s knowledge of the property sector is vast, with over 10 years’ experience dealing with both residential and commercial property. Lindsey is also from Teesside but has gained some of her experience working for firms based in Leeds and Warwickshire. Lindsey has experience in all aspects of property including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant work and transfers of equity whether its freehold, leasehold, new build developments acting for individuals and company clients. What Endeavour offers Don’t just take our word for it… Andy Preston, now the Mayor of Middlesbrough, said: “Based on our experiences of working with Endeavour Partnership, we wholeheartedly recommend them as the go-to experts in commercial legal services. Friendly expert advice is always forthcoming, and we love working with them. What’s helpful is that they have a real expert in every commercial field, which is a commodity that cannot be overstated.” And Claire Carter, from Collins Seafoods, added: “It is a refreshing change to build up a relationship with a company who has a no- nonsense way of dealing with matters and works with its clients rather than for them. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Endeavour Partnership for any legal work you require.”
