Situated on Aycliffe Business Park, CrossFit All
Out was opened by Terry and Vikki Anderson at
the start of this year and has already built up a
strong base of members who follow the same
mindset when it comes to fitness.
A lot of people are often intimidated by CrossFit
and presume it’s a workout where you have to

be fit and strong in order to take part, in fact it’s
the opposite.
Many of the members start out unfit, insecure
about themselves or even overweight, but
everyone – no matter what shape, size or level
of fitness – is made to feel welcome, and part
of the CrossFit Community which is known and
recognised worldwide as people who work hard
with determination.
“We’re trying to stress that while CrossFit
is tough, there’s nothing to be scared of and

It could be arranged that the CrossFit Box can
be opened exclusively to one company for
training sessions where they feel at ease and
can build confidence in themselves, as a team
but also as a company.
A structured class may not always what you’re
looking for, which is why they can offer an open
gym sessions between 8 and 9.30am before
work or 12 and 1.30pm on weekdays where
members can attend on their lunch break.

thought you could, or realising something
wasn’t as difficult as you imagined, adds Vikki.
