And Stiller ’ s business development manager , Thomas Prentice , said the event was a great way to tell North-East operators of the benefits working with Stiller could bring .
He said : “ For example , if an organisation has a product they need to get to market , we now have the space to not only store their goods but complete often time consuming and costly labour-intensive work , freeing up much needed manufacturing space .
“ A company sometimes can ’ t see the wood for the trees – they may have been doing it a certain way for so long , they think they must keep doing it that way . But visiting our site and having those discussions about historical processes and exploring the alternatives are proving very productive for our North-East neighbours .
Thomas added that it was prestigious for Stiller to host the EMN .
