With my career now spanning two decades in human resources , and classed as a seasoned professional , notably in the oil and gas sector , plus backed by a Level 7 CIPD qualification , the team and I excel in crafting HR and people strategies that resonate across various industries .
Throughout my career , I have maintained a steadfast commitment to collaboration , working closely with clients to design and implement HR strategies that effectively align with organisational goals .
This approach yields practical , no-fuss solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client .
Since 2010 , my team at HR2day has been at the forefront of delivering expert HR support , prioritising accessibility and affordability for businesses , particularly small to medium-sized enterprises .
