The owner of a recruitment agency says she ’ s proud to back the Aycliffe Business Mark Your Mark Awards as the event is close to her heart .
Darlington-based Recruitrite is sponsoring the Businessperson of the Year category for the awards event being held at Hardwick Hall Hotel on May 9 .
Recruitrite won the Digital Transformation trophy at the 2023 Tees Tech Awards .
And the company ’ s founder , Melissa Coutts – who grew up in Newton Aycliffe and still lives in neighbouring Heighington – also won the Inspiring Others category at last year ’ s Tees Businesswomen Awards .
