PUT YOUR BUSINESS ‘ ON THE MAP ’!

Having taken on a consultancy role for Aycliffe Business Park Community last summer , it ’ s already approaching a year since I was handed the role .

We ’ ve seen lots of progress in that time and it ’ s encouraging to see more companies getting involved in ABPC initiatives .
My main objective was to increase engagement with ABPC – with firms across the business park – and of all shapes and sizes .
We wanted to get more of the park ’ s residents to register for ABPC ’ s free online directory and , crucially , get more people to attend our regular news and networking meetings .
After a few months , with increased engagement , we then embarked on relaunching the Make Your Mark Awards , and we ’ re all looking forward to seeing them come to fruition on May 20 .
Soon after the awards – as well as telling all the brilliant success stories to come from the awards ceremony – we ’ ll be turning our attention back to our ‘ On The Map ’ campaign , which is designed to encourage more engagement online .
We ’ ve seen at least 50 new registrations on the ABPC website directory – including the likes of Gestamp , Hitachi and 3M – as well as dozens of other tenants across the park .
We ’ d encourage all businesses to take the time to register on the directory – it ’ s free and it only takes a few minutes !
