GENERAL INFORMATION

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION
/ HARASSMENT
AWWA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or sexual harassment by or toward any participant or staff member. Prohibited conduct includes discriminatory behavior, intimidation, verbal or physical harassment, unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and any verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature, including jokes, innuendo, or other inappropriate behavior. All participants are expected to treat one another with respect and avoid conduct that creates a hostile, unsafe, or unwelcome environment. Anyone who believes a violation or other misconduct has occurred should report it to the AWWA Director of Human Resources, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, or any Presidential Officer.
SOCIAL MEDIA, CAMERA, AND MOBILE DEVICES
AWWA welcomes social media use during the event, but filming or live‐streaming any presentation, session, or exhibit booth is not allowed without permission from the presenter or exhibitor. Violations may result in removal from the event and confiscation of recorded media. This protects the intellectual property of presenters and exhibitors; official materials will be available through AWWA’ s conference websites and proceedings.
Attendees are asked to silence mobile devices before entering meeting rooms to maintain a respectful environment.
EXHIBIT
HALL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Children under the age of 16 entering the Exhibit Hall during show hours must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. A parent or guardian assumes all risks and responsibility for the safety of his or her child. Anyone 12 or older will require a badge to enter the Exhibit Hall. Children are not allowed in the hall during move-in and move-out.
LEAD RETRIEVAL
Exhibitors can purchase lead retrieval options for ACE26. Lead retrieval provides the companies you talk with during the conference a convenient opportunity to manage your information for post-conference follow up. By allowing your badge to be scanned, you are providing your full contact information( address, email, phone, etc.) to exhibitors.
