CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION

Earn certificates of completion by scanning your badge when entering and exiting educational sessions. Locate the iPad stand outside each session room to scan. To qualify for continuing education credit, at least 30 minutes must elapse between scans. Certificate download instructions, state approvals, tutorials, and FAQs are available at ace. awwa. org / credits or by emailing EducationServices @ awwa. org
EMERGENCIES AND FIRST AID
First Aid Room is located inside Exhibit Hall A.
The
WEWCC hosts a 24-hour security team. Requests for emergency and non-emergency medical care are coordinated by dialing( 202) 249-3333 or 3333 from any house phone.
WELLNESS LOUNGE
Recharge, relax, and refocus in our Wellness Lounge— Meeting Room 203. A cell phone-free space dedicated to helping attendees unwind and prioritize their well-being during the conference. Open daily, all are welcome.
MOBILITY
SCOOTER
AWWA provides complimentary electric scooters for anyone who needs some extra assistance with getting around the Convention Center. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis from the Information Booth in the Registration Lobby of the Convention Center. An ID is required to hold while the scooter is rented. Scooters must be returned at the end of each day in order to give those that need one the opportunity to access.
MOTHERS’ ROOM
The WEWCC provides Mamava Pods as private, clean and comfortable spaces. There are two pods located in the center- outside of room 103AB and outside of room 140AB. Access is available on a first-come, first served basis and attendees can use the free Mamava app to find and unlock the pods. More information can be found at the Information Booth.
