What is the project you have worked on that you are most proud of?
The project I’ m most proud of is always the one I’ m working on at that given moment. But, if I had to choose, it would be the White Bay Cruise Terminal. It was a brave project, a brave team and a real breakthrough project for me personally.

How do you interpret the conference theme‘ How Soon is Now?’
I look forward to hearing from the speakers. But, simplistically, my interpretation is that this is a call to action.

Use it as an opportunity to reflect on where you fit in the bigger picture.
