AN APOLOGY
The story we ran in our issue of 16th October
2015 regarding the new Post Office stated
that it was now open, and while this is indeed
the case, we have only recently been informed
by one of our readers that it is only open for
parcel collections and nothing else, and
all other services must be conducted at the
temporary post office in the Pure Plaza on
Phetkasem Road a couple of hundred metres
north of the traffic lights at Chomsin Road
(Soi 70/55).
We apologise for any inconvenience this has
caused, but when we checked with the new
office before running the story, we were told
that it was fully functional. At the present
time we do not know when the other services
will be available at the new office but any
parcel collections must be done there.
