■ Initiated a year of deep listening to understand member needs , expectations and aspirations and used feedback to drive organizational improvements
■ Onboarded 7 new carrier members and 11 new affiliate members
■ Slashed 2020 expenditures to ensure ability to navigate financial uncertainty produced by COVID-19 pandemic
