THE FANTASY OF LAW ENFORCEMENT
Media outlets in Massachusetts have been reporting that there has been a significant increase in the number of prison guard suicides. These misinformed media outlets try to blame“ stress” and“ PTSD” for the increase because modern“ corrections” is just an abusive system where human beings are hired to abuse other human beings, including the elderly, mentally challenged, and seriously disabled. The guards kill themselves because they know they are the“ dregs of humanity” as Mark Twain said, and their occupation eats them from the inside out. It is a fantasy to portray them as law enforcement. When you regularly place handcuffs and waist chains on 80 plus year old men you realize your job is barbaric. When you have to“ four-point” restrain a full-blown dementia patient you understand

you are working for the devil. When you have to stand by and watch as one of your“ brothers” beats up a handcuffed, nonresponsive young prisoner, you know that eating a bullet is a better choice than admitting you have chosen an occupation of evil. This is why they are killing themselves; it has nothing to do with stress! When I was a tuna fisherman, and we caught a big fish worth a lot of money I was proud. When my friend who was a builder worked to build a beautiful home he would drive us over to look at it; he was proud. Men in our society are defined by what they do for a living, right or wrong, and when your job consists of keeping other men in cages you have absolutely nothing to be proud about. You know in your heart that to call a prison guard“ law

enforcement” is a pure fantasy. You are a turnkey,

a screw, a jailer: NOTHING to be proud about. When they wake up from their delusional fantasy they look at that Glock 19 and decide a 9mm sandwich is a better route than to continue to live the lie. Every day, I watch the worst of the worst here spend 8-hour shifts just purely messing with prisoners. Absolutely no professionalism. They clearly hate themselves so much that they seek out the weak and vulnerable in this gulag and give them a hard time. It is a game, a sport, for these truly demented hunks of dung. One of the main abusers has been convicted twice of drunk driving but is still“ qualified” to wear the DOC badge! Another attempted to get a job with the State Police but when they took his urine test it came up dirty for marijuana! He is a supervising lieutenant here at this prison! This is modern“ corruptions” and the fantasy of“ Law Enforcement.” The laughable profiles could go on ad infinitum, but you get the point: guards are not law enforcement. They are product of a mass incarceration system out of control. Prisons are eroding the social fabric of the nation and I have no sympathy for the rise in guard suicides as they have brought it upon themselves. They hang like Judas from the tree. May God save them!
