Habbiba Payendanik, President
Ms. Habiba Payendanik is the
President of Qizil Handicrafts
Company and also she is the
CEO of Plariz Company that
works in IT field. Her business is
in handicrafts and IT sectors.
Ms. Payendanik has completed
her higher education in Political
Science and she has 16 years of
experience in business manage-
ment field with different compa-
nies. She established Qizil in 2018
and currently 8 people are working
with this company who are work-
ing in handicrafts and clothing,
bag Watch band and shoes parts.
About her motivation for estab-
lishing this company Ms. Pay-
endanik says, “We have been
through tough decades that
caused women to stay at home
and do not continue their educa-
tion. I could see that there are a
lot of women with skills around
me who need support so I estab-
lished Qizil Handicrafts Com-
pany to collect handicrafts made
by women from their homes to
sell it in the markets.” Currently
this company sells women hand-
icrafts physically in shops and
online through social media.
Ms. Payendanik says that her
message for other women is to
not give up on their dreams.
