We celebrated AWB’ s 120th anniversary by launching a scrolling timeline highlighting important milestones not just in AWB’ s history, but also in the history of our members— a few of which have histories even longer than ours.
The year-long celebration highlighted AWB’ s unique role in advocating for Washington employers, while also celebrating the role of Washington employers in building our state.
From the beginning in 1904, the member companies that comprise AWB have recognized the value of uniting together to advance a cause. Through two world wars, two global pandemics, the Great Depression and Great Recession, that has not changed. We are stronger together.
