TEAM
Webster defines team as “a group of people who work together.” Although we are The Sarah Padgett
TEAM, we certainly don’t feel that those few simple words quite explain us. I guess it all depends on
who you ask. If you ask me, I have no stinkin’ clue! What I do know is we work hard, we play hard, we
love our clients and we would do just about anything for each other (or to get a laugh). Is there a word
for all that?
I’m not sure how I convinced every single one of them to trust me, but I am sure glad they do and am
somewhat surprised they haven’t kicked me off the team yet! Emily and Pam, you are the behind-the-
scenes pair that make us look good, and we couldn’t be more thankful for you both. Michael, Jeff, Carly
and Kyle, your talents never cease to amaze me. Your hard work, dedication and grit makes you the best
agents in the business! An extra shout out to Michael for being able to live and work with me - that
takes some extra patience. I sure do love you! :)
Debbie and Allie, you truly have no idea what you mean to me and to the rest of the team. It’s hard
to get stubborn and controlling agents to do much of anything, but you motivate us all, even if it’s
because we are a little scared. It works ;). Michele Creech, thanks for being you, for being a friend and
for working hard. This hereby appoints you as an honorary member of The Sarah Padgett Team. Last
but not least, our fearless leader and commander in chief Bill Steddum. You have given us skills, tools
and lots of words to correct along the way :) We are forever grateful for your service to the Mansfield
office as well as the Judge Fite family.
