As an Educator, Officer, and Volunteer with more than 50 years of effective leadership and dedicated service at local, provincial, and national levels of the Canadian Cadet Movement, the Air Cadet League of Canada wishes to acknowledge and recognize his exceptional contribution, which continues to this day. Accordingly, the Air Cadet League of Canada is most pleased to grant its highest award, the Medal of Honour, to Guy Albert.
