Aviation Photojournal September - October 2015 | Page 12

The days are getting shorter, the nights a bit cooler and kids are headed back to school. That's right, summer is coming to an end, but thankfully the air show season is just as hot as ever! And not just air shows! Aviation Photojournal has been working hard (if you can call it work) in the skies getting some great air-to-air opportunities. We've flown with F-22s, F-35s, F-15s and L-39s to name a few.

This issue we bring you in-depth coverage from Red Flag 15-3 (from the ground and the air) and of the F-35B reaching Initial Operational Capacity (IOC) with the Marines. Also, our intrepid Chief Correspondent traveled to Oshkosh for EAA AirVenture the only way you can to get the true experience - he flew in. In this jam packed issue, you'll enjoy our images from no fewer than 7 air shows including RIAT and Duxford.

We don't want to ruin any surprises, but we have a few tricks up our sleeves for our final issue of the year. Let's just say, you won't want to miss it! Stay tuned!
