Aviation Photojournal would like to extend its sincerest thanks and appreciation to the US Navy for its cooperation and partnership in telling this story. We also extend our deepest respect and thanks to the French Navy for facilitating our participation in this momentous exercise. A special thank you to LT Mary Sanford, LT Commander Robert Myers and LTjg Anthony Junco for their direct assistance throughout our stay aboard the USS George H.W. Bush. We are humbled and in awe of the men and women of CVN-77 and cannot thank them enough for their Avenger hospitality and can-do attitude. We would also like to thank the crews from VRC-40 for getting us to and from the carrier. Landing on and taking off from a carrier are experiences that will not be forgotten and your professionalism and dedication to safety were inspiring. Finally, thank you to CDR Richard Hecht, Mike Maus, MC1 Christopher Lindahl and the entire team at Naval Air Force Atlantic Public Affairs for making sure this entire project came together.
