ON THE COVER

Cover Model Natalie Belluccia gazes out to sea from the bow of her shipwrecked schooner, carefully scanning the horizon for any sign of bloodthirsty pirates that may be on the prowl.  Stranded in a secluded lagoon, she passes the lazy afternoon away shooting for her feature in our 2024 Swimwear Issue. You can see Natalie's entire feature starting on page 200.

Welcome to our 2024 Swimwear Issue! I am beyond thrilled to share this double edition with you, as it represents one of the most exciting and adventurous projects we’ve ever embarked on. This year, our team traveled across three continents in search of the most breathtaking locations, and we came back with stories and images that are sure to leave you inspired and longing for your own sun-filled paradise getaway.  This issue was so packed with features that we literally had to split into two volumes… Volume 1 and Volume 2… with two different covers and more than 700 total pages between the volumes.

Our journey began in Colombia, at one of the most iconic—and perhaps infamous—locations we’ve ever shot: one of Pablo Escobar’s former mountain estates. The lush landscape, the misty air, and the sense of mystery that surrounded the location created a backdrop unlike any other. It was both surreal and beautiful, a setting that brought a unique energy to our shoot. I can’t wait for you to see how the models brought this location to life.

Next, we traveled to the southernmost tip of Key Biscayne, where we were greeted by the gentle crash of waves and the towering lighthouses that have become such iconic symbols of the area. The beach, with its endless horizon and soft sands, provided the perfect stage for showcasing some of the season’s most stunning swimwear. There’s something timeless about this part of Florida, where the beauty of the landscape seems to merge effortlessly with the calm of the sea.

Our travels then took us aboard a magnificent 70-foot yacht at Sunset Bay Marina, where we indulged in a bit of maritime luxury. Picture this: the sun setting on the horizon, the gentle breeze catching the sails, dolphins

frolicking playfully around the dock-lined waterways, and our models reclining on deck, embodying the epitome of marina living. It was a scene that felt straight out of a daydream, and we’re excited to share it with you.

But the adventure didn’t stop there. We also shot at Florida’s House of Refuge, a location that I’ve long admired for its rugged, natural beauty. The limestone coral reef shelf, with its sharp edges and dramatic drop-offs, provided a striking contrast to the serene waters that stretched beyond it. The juxtaposition of the raw landscape and the delicate beauty of the swimwear created images that are both powerful and serene.

And then, there was Exuma Cay—paradise on Earth. The white sands, the vibrant blue waters, and the untouched beauty of the place made it feel like a dream. This location was pure magic, and I’m thrilled that we were able to capture its essence for you.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without our incredible models, who hail from all corners of the globe. From Germany to Chile, Costa Rica to Colombia, Italy to Russia, the United States and even Canada, these women brought their own unique style and grace to the shoot. Their diversity is a celebration of global beauty, and I couldn’t be more proud to feature them in this year’s edition.

This issue is a love letter to adventure, discovery, and the timeless allure of swimwear fashion. Each location, each model, and each swimsuit tells a story—a story that we’ve woven together to create a visual journey that will take you from the mountains of Colombia to the white sands of the Caribbean. I hope these pages transport you to a world of sun, sand, and endless possibilities.

So, whether you’re reading this by the beach, or dreaming of your next adventure, I hope this issue fills you with the spirit of adventure. Thank you for being part of our journey, and I can’t wait for you to experience every moment of our 2024 Swimwear Issue.

Until next time, stay stylish, adventurous, and sun-kissed! CHEERS!
