Quarterly Goals

Quarterly goals are your big goals. They aren’t your daily metrics or your priorities, but rather larger goals that when tracked quarterly can see a big pay out at
the end of the year. Many companies simply do not track these larger goals. When you agree to track a goal, especially publicly as a team, it makes the goal more
attainable and more likely to be achieved.

aiming for the stars and setting goals that push you and your team into the next level.
Without considering your reservations or doubts about their validity, write down the first few goals that come to your mind.
Now you can review these items with your team. Which idea(s) is the BHAG that the company can work together on? Set a deadline to accomplish this goal.
