Presentation To XXXXXX Society - August 2007
Proposed Budget: XXXXX Historic Film
Basis - This budget is based on making an audio-visual production (about
300 still pictures with sound) of length 20 minutes using a range of locations
and archive material sources. The cost range against some items relates to
what decisions you (and we) need to make to get the desired results. While
these production costs may require debate, the copy costs can be calculated
fairly accurately once you have decided on the size of the run. Furthermore,
if you decide on a longer film, the production costs will rise pro rata but copy
costs will remain substantially the same.
