AV News 175 - February 2009
Once we had a "first cut" at the PTE show we gave it to Andrew and
Kerri-Anne so they could start on the
soundtrack. They use SONOR to produce the
music (there are 28 Tracks overlaid in the final
score). Their vocals were then mixed in.
Several months later, with lots of Photoshop
manipulation and thanks to the pictures taken
at a Shania Twain concert at NEC (used as a
background for the nightclub scene) the final
sequence was ready.
The pictures were then
tweaked to fit the soundtrack
precisely and "The Red
Shoes" was born.
As newcomers to the AV
scene we were, perhaps,
less influenced by the AV
circuit and just left to
generate a story that pleased
us. We hope people enjoyed
our approach, which we will
continue to follow.
Watch out for "The Bear"
"The Red Shoes" won Dave and Carol the Sir George & Lady Doreen Pollock
