AV News 174 - November 2008 18th RPS International Audio Visual Festival Editors The 18th International Festival was held at The Royal Agricultural College Cirencester, from the 19th to 21st September 2008. The 71 acceptances from 8 countries were shown to the International Jury of Ian Bateman (UK) Chairman of the Jury, Gordon Gray (Northern Ireland), Christian Brion (France) and Matthias Pfister (Germany).
