Children’ s Centres
Weekly activities
Local children’ s centres are able to offer support for families with children aged 0-5. They offer various play activities and also advice and support including weaning, stopping smoking, healthy eating, breastfeeding, return to work and housing advice. Activities at the centres change several times through the year, so contact each centre to find out specific activities or ask your health visitor if they have an up to date booklet.
