Here ' s a fun and energetic , easy-to-do , mostly muscle toning program that ' s done mostly sitting down . Your balance and strength will improve . East Wing Members only . Cheri Stefanelli instructs on Tuesday . Liz Geifman instructs on Monday and Wednesday . Zoom available .
