The Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque has a justifiable reputation as a first-class Canarian resort. It stands in acres of tropical gardens with palm trees, flame trees and Indian laurels. The resort is large with 386 rooms, 58 suites and 40 private villas. 5-star accommodation is in the Casas Ducales rooms and Las Villas, whilst the Bahia del Duque lead-in categories offer views of the gardens or the beach. However, all rooms afford a sense of privacy and seclusion, whilst on the doorstep are excellent sports, leisure and dining attractions including ten restaurants and six swimming pools to choose from. There is direct access to the beach promenade and the water sports on the shore. The land sports include two tennis courts, padel court, squash court, a jogging track, and a gym. There are five golf courses within a distance of 3km to 17km from the hotel. For children, there is a mini club for children aged 3 to 12 every day. For adults there is a spa with twenty outdoor treatment cabins and a personal trainer.
