On the 27th of November 2014, the
grand prize winner for the lucky draw
was announced at the Bosch eXtra event
held at Bosch South Africa in Midrand.
Chris Lombard (represented by Eric
Swart) of Johnny’s Midas was delighted
to win the brand new Toyota Yaris in the
grand prize lucky draw.
Johnny’s Midas, a retail spares outlet
in Strand in the Western Cape, offers a
wide range of Bosch Automotive parts.
Mr. Swart said,

Johnny’s Midas will

eXtra loyalty program, it is
awesome to be part of an
initiative that a leading motor
industry supplier has put
together. We definitely feel
appreciated.

This Bosch eXtra event focused on
increasing awareness of the Bosch eXtra
loyalty program and Bosch automotive
products.
Other topics presented included
developing vehicle technology, with Bosch
at the forefront, the importance of retailers,
the need for effective retail branding,
visibility and promotional activities.
There were product and point-of-sale
displays, as well as information desks for
enquiries from visiting guests.
The event was well attended by local
Bosch retailers, Bosch Automotive sales
and marketing staff and the automotive
press.
On arrival, guests received promotional
packs, including details of the Bosch
eXtra programme, a product DVD, with
short videos on the Bosch automotive
product range, and other promotional and
informative material.
Participating retailers expressed that they
are looking forward to the 2015 Bosch
eXtra loyalty program.
