You’ ll need jumper cables and a second vehicle with a working battery.
First, connect the red cable to both positive terminals, then the black cable to the working car’ s negative terminal and a metal part of the dead car( not the battery).
Start the working vehicle, wait a few minutes, then try starting the dead one.
Once it starts, let it run to recharge. Disconnect the cables in reverse order.
Avoid letting clamps touch and never attempt this with a leaking or damaged battery.
