AUTISM AND FOOD Healthy Eats courtesy of A Chocolate Delight in a Matter of Minutes Chocolate Mousse By Elouise ROBINSON, Autism Food Club Ingredients 250 grams / 1 cup coconut cream or thick part of tinned coconut milk, after it’s been in the fridge  1 tablespoon honey  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract  1½ tablespoons cocoa powder METHOD: Whisk the coconut cream for a minute, add the rest of the ingredients, and whisk again.
