A Chocolate Delight in a Matter of Minutes
Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
250 grams / 1 cup coconut cream or thick part of
tinned coconut milk, after it’s been in the fridge
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1½ tablespoons cocoa powder
METHOD:
Whisk the coconut cream for a minute, add the rest of the
ingredients, and whisk again. Place in small bowls such as
ramekins and allow to chill for at least an hour.
Note: Though the ingredients can just be stirred together, the
whisking just provides a lighter texture.
