However you decide to perform ABA , it is likely to work its way into your home . The main goal of most parents with a child on the spectrum is to teach self sufficiency and independent living . If you ’ re doing so using ABA therapy principles , the therapy should be continued in the home environment .
How you choose to implement ABA therapy is a choice that can only be made by your individual family . There are many factors and different circumstances distinguishing each and every family , therefore parents should do whatever works for them .
