1. Tell us a little about your business?
Simone’s Digital World is a web development company
targeting the fashion and entertainment industry. We know
that greatness in this era requires bold ambition, inventive
and a culture that believes unity is better. We approach
every challenge holistically, with the best expertise’s in
social, search, technology, and more.
2. What is the purpose & vision of your business?
We look to enhance our clients creative vision and build
on the new or existing brand. My vision of my business is
to work with new fashion designers and actors looking to
market themselves on a digital platform. In today’s time,
there isn’t one well known designer or actor who hasn’t
utilized a website to highlight their work, events, and tell
about how they got started.
3. What inspired you to start this business?
Simone Carter is the founder of Simone’s Digital
World. She is a graduate from Loyola University
Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Public
Relations and Advertising. Simone discovered
her passion while working as Web Design intern
helped mold and shaped her gifts. She fell in
love with the creativity of web design and social
media analytics. Simone has mastered google
analytics, web design, and multiple social media
channels. Her talent has allowed her to work for
non-profit organization and major corporations
utilizing her talent and gifts of creativity. Digital
is in Simone’s Digital World DNA. She is a rising
freelancer taking digital world by storm.
I took two things that I love and combined them. I love
everything that goes into marketing in the fashion and
entertainment industry but I love enhancing everything
that goes into that industry through web development.
When I look at my favorite designers or actors I enjoy
going to their website to learn more about who they are,
how they got started, and what’s next for them through
their personal website.
4. What are your top 3 goals for your business?
My first goal would be to help as many start up
designers and actors build their platform. Secondly, work
with some further experienced designers and actors to
rebrand their digital platform. Lastly, start Styled by
Simone which is my second passion. Styled by Simone is
my new business venture where I help shop and style
individuals in the entertainment industry. These two
businesses will compliment one other.
5. What obstacles have you went through while being in
business?
One of the major obstacles I have previously learned
was to not discount my gifts.
