Bintech Systems, a long term supplier
of high-quality process monitoring and

announce the introduction of the Instran
Water Quality Analyser, new and unique to
the Australian market.
The primary controller of the Instran analyser system
has the capability, dependant on the sensor chosen,
to monitor one of many different parameters, such as
nitrates, phosphates, ammonia, fluoride, iron, zinc,
silica, cyanide and several other values. Another key
aspect of the analyser is that it is a self-cleaning
and self-calibrating device, providing long-term
ease of use. The controller, through its sophisticated
sampling system, uses very small volumes of reagent
and standard solutions during its calibration and
measurement cycles providing a major benefit to
customers to assist in reducing the overall cost of
ownership of the system.
The controller allows you to set the frequency of
monitoring your samples, and how often you re-

calibrate and clean the primary sensing chamber.
This allows you to keep chemicals usage to a
minimum. The controller provides local indication,
analog outputs, alarm relays and data logging, with
a capability of storing and retrieving results and
alarm logs via the onboard USB slot. The Instran
platform uses the highest quality sampling and
measuring components, providing high reliability and
exceptionally accurate readings.

Although only recently released the product
has already had great success with major water
authorities in several European and Asian countries,
and first Australian installations are in the process of
being commissioned.
The Instran product will be a valuable addition to the

including our range of ultra-sonic level transmitters,
ultra-sonic (non-invasive) flow meters, magnetic
flow meters, and other water quality analysers for
pH, Turbidity/Suspended Solids, Chlorine, Dissolved
Oxygen and Conductivity.
