Ideally this would suit a doctor with a primary health care approach, recent emergency experience, and the ability to maintain a clinical governance framework. The position offers: • Salary package $435k circa plus benefi ts • 16% superannuation • Large 3 bedroom air-conditioned home with deck and uninterrupted ocean views • 35 days paid annual leave • Airfares and relocation • Subsidised vehicle plus fuel card Essential criteria: • Registered Medical Practitioner (FRACGP or FACRRM) with full AHPRA registration • High level experience in medical administration and leadership of staff • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross cultural environment • Commitment to ongoing medical self-education and education of staff • Previous exposure to cross cultural medicine, women’s health, children’s health, occupational health or dive medicine • EMST, APLS and ALS This employment package includes base salary with district allowance, 16% superannuation, 35 days annual leave, relocation assistance, return airfares, generously subsidised housing and motor vehicle.
