Safety : In pivotal trials of Boostrix the most common adverse effects in adults , adolescents and children aged 10 years and older were : headache , fatigue , and malaise , injection site reactions ( including pain , redness , swelling , injection site mass , and abscess sterile ), dizziness , nausea , gastrointestinal disorders , and fever ≥37.5 ° C . Refer to the Product Information for a full list of adverse events , including those in children 4-9 years of age . 2
