The five-star Crown Towers Sydney has brought 349 luxury rooms to the city ’ s redeveloped Barangaroo financial district and , from November 2022 , W Sydney opens with 585 guest rooms and suites and 1,300sqm of event space .
Sydney has new precincts being developed , reflecting the city taking a lead in everything from startup ecosystems , to health and advanced manufacturing and technology .
Over A $ 3bn has been invested in Westmead Health and Innovation Precinct and Sydney ’ s Tech Central precinct is sure to be a big drawcard for the technology community .
