DAY 1 Perth

On arrival , you will be transferred to your hotel . Settle in before stepping out to get your first feel for this wonderful city , which has it all : sun-drenched beaches , rich culture and a deliciously diverse food and drink scene . Thanks to a central location , your hotel puts you within steps of enticing eateries , so you can get your first taste of the city this evening !

DAY 2 Perth

The morning is yours to explore as you wish . Perhaps take a stroll through Kings Park , which is regarded as the green heart of the city and also boasts extensive city and river views . This afternoon , join a walking tour which starts at the historic Perth Town Hall and then winds through the city ’ s fascinating lanes and arcades . Along the way you ’ ll hear all about the stories , people and places that make Perth what it is , and may explore landmarks such as the State Buildings , London Court and Wolf Lane . At the end of the tour , relax at a cool local bar where the first drink is complimentary .

DAY 3 Perth

Make your way to Barrack Street Jetty for the ferry to Rottnest Island , a paradise for those who love the beach and nature . On arrival board a heritage train for a ride to Oliver Hill , where along with a Gun Fortification and tunnels , there is a majestic lookout point . After a light sandwich lunch , a guided bus tour of the island commences , which takes in many of the island ’ s sights , its stunning beaches , diverse wildlife and more . Late afternoon , take the return ferry to Perth for an evening to spend as you wish .

DAY 4 Perth

If time allows , why not head to iconic Cottesloe Beach , which is as pretty as a picture and one of the city ’ s most popular spots . Alternatively , perhaps wander the narrow streets of neighbouring Fremantle ? If you feel in need of some retail therapy , you ’ ll find no end of shopping opportunities , either within the CBD itself or in some of Perth ’ s characterful neighbourhoods . Your tour ends with a transfer to the airport for your onward journey .
