June 2016 sales were at their highest level compared to June of 2015 and 2014 . June YTD sales of 1,478 are running 4.6 % ahead of last year ' s year-to-date sales of 1,413 .
Prices The Median Sales Price in June was $ 252,661 , up 0.7 % from $ 251,000 in June of 2015 and up 5.5 % from $ 239,504 last month . The Average Sales Price in June was $ 324,863 , up 1.4 % from $ 320,384 in June of 2015 and up 3.7 % from $ 313,289 last month . June 2016 ASP was at the highest level compared to June of 2015 and 2014 .
