microbes have a specific requirement which makes them stand out from the crowd+ Microbial identification is done by employing these requirements as the basis of identification+
Some microorganisms’ needs relatively complex and exceptional components present in
their medium of growth, these organisms are named as fastidious organisms and the microbes with relatively basic and straightforward needs are known as non-fastidious organisms+
