• Produce a comprehensive demographic profile of
Arlington residents to gain an understanding of the scale
and location of racial and ethnic disparities within the City
• Provide a comparison between Arlington and other
similar cities across the United States
• Utilize publicly-available data to uncover patterns of
inequity across the Unity Council’s scope of analysis: (a)
Economic Disparities, (b) Health and Wellness, (c)
Housing, (d) Education and Workforce Training, (e) and
Policing and Criminal Justice
