Jack Luscombe " Pay It Forward " Award
This award pays tribute to Jack Luscombe, affectionately known as“ Jack the Roofer ", whose giving spirit and generosity made a lasting impression on AAMD and the community.
This year ' s recipient, Brian Sanchez of Denver Apartment Finders, exemplifies that same spirit. As Chair of the AAMD Communications Committee, he has helped elevate Trends magazine while leading a community coat drive for the past seven years, bringing together our industry to provide warmth and hope to those experiencing homelessness.
Brian ' s compassion and drive to help others embodies everything this award represents.

Paul Noveshansky Diplomat Award
The Paul Noveshansky Award honors the memory of an extraordinary leader, friend, and cornerstone. For over 30 years, Paul embodied the very best of the AAMD spirit, giving countless hours to our volunteering. He served on the Board of Directors and chaired nearly every committee imaginable without ever seeking recognition.
Chad Craven carries forward Paul’ s spirit, exemplifying what it means to be a dedicated leader and an unwavering advocate for our industry. His involvement reaches every level of our Association, from tireless committee work to valued service as a Committee Chair.
