MEETINGS
BoD meetings are typically held the first Monday of the month . Meetings are held at 7 pm . The LLA is utilizing a virtual platform to host meetings . The meeting agenda is customarily available to the community the Friday before the meeting . Meeting links are available the day of the meeting in the Member Portal . BoD minutes can be viewed in the Member Portal .
Workshops are generally held every third Monday of the month . Workshops are open meetings . However , there is no opportunity for Resident Forum . This meeting is a working session for the Board of Directors . The agenda is typically available the Friday before the meeting .
