Northland Brew LLC is a new drive-through coffee shop , also feel free to walk up or bike up . They offer specialty coffee drinks served hot , cold , or blended . Tea will also be available . I learned how to roast coffee when I was teen with my grandmother as she use to roast in firewood and cast iron comal , ( tool for corn tortilla ) later I use different roast techniques and types and qualities coffees where born . Only in one farm we can produce even 5 o more types of coffees , different qualities and prices or getting certificates of Organic , Fair trade or Rain forest alliance . Guatemala has 12 regions or origin and each can develop 10 or more types and varieties . I started to sell coffee in Sparta in November 2020 with my name and after tragedy happened in my country I joined Cafetofarmers org .
Today We are an organization that brings green coffee beans from small holders that strives getting fair prices for their products . Many of these are farmers that grow sustainable products like organic honey and fruits that provide shade for coffee trees .
As many countries in Central America suffer the hit of hurricanes ETA and Iota last November and lost everything , Cafetofarmers born as a project to help these people bringing their coffee , roast it and sells looking for opportunities to participate in fundraisers around The coulee region Wisconsin .
