The Supplier Partners of our industry do so very much to keep business going . To be name the Supplier of the Year is truly an Honor , and Janelle French selected two people this year to be recognized as our Suppliers of the Year .
As the pandemic evolved , our membership needed a calming force to provide information and facts . In response , we created “ Coffee with the Lawyers ” and the two individual Supplier Partners who helped us tremendously were Debbie Wilson and Vic Sulzer . Debbie and Vic were simply amazing with all of the valuable advice and information they provided , making Coffee with the Lawyers one of the most valuable programs we ’ ve ever offered . Beyond the Coffee with the Lawyers , Debbie and Vic both assist with educational programs with AAMD and CAA , as well as putting in so much time toward our legislative work with JLAC . Thank you , and congratulations !
Nick Hernandez has not only been present at all of our events , both virtual and in person , but has also been a super hero champion for our Supplier Partners this last year . At the Maintenance Mania events and the Trade Show last October , Nick made sure to personally visit every single exhibitor and thank them for supporting the industry .
Nick has also been instrumental in soliciting and securing sponsors for events and H . O . M . E Room . He has been a member of the Maintenance Mania committee for a few years and served as a Vice Chair of H . O . M . E . Room . He has spoken on multiple panels for multiple events this last year , and continues to help teach the Certified Apartment Maintenance Tech program .
