People say Willow is mature. I think
maybe that’s because she’s had to be.
She’s only seven but she raises and
shows goats. She is homeschooled at
our farm and she’s been a regular at
the neurology department at Hasbro
Children’s Hospital since she was two.
Treatment and training have got her
epilepsy under control, but the key to
Willow’s health has been Willow—my
strong-willed, independent girl.
