The Foundation for Long Term Care, Inc. (FLTC)
is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) research
and education organization founded in 1978. In
keeping with its mission to improve by research
and education the way care for an aging society is
delivered, it has a reputation for outstanding research and demonstration projects and
for innovative seminars aimed at keeping health care professionals informed of constant
changes in the field. FLTC’s educational entity conducts education events throughout
the year to enhance the effectiveness of member leaders and staff, enabling members to
obtain much of the professional credit mandated to retain licenses and certification.
