PLANTING YOUR FALL GARDEN This class will help you plan your fall garden for an extended harvest. Learn about which vegetables you can grow in the fall and when to plant them. Whether you are a beginning gardener or a seasoned pro, you can learn tips and tricks for extending your growing window in the Chicago area. These prerecorded classes take you behind the scenes at the farm to learn where the food for your recipe comes from. Then it's on to your kitchen to explore flavors, learn basic cooking skills, and make tasty dishes. The first class will teach you how to cook with all kinds of seasonal vegetables, and the second class will explore egg dishes. Each class is about 20 minutes and can be watched at your convenience and speed. Adult supervision is highly suggested. The video will be available on August 17.
