air station prairie
INTERPRETIVE CENTER HOURS
Saturdays, starting August 15 from 10 am-2 pm
The Kent Fuller Air Station Prairie is a 32-acre remnant of a tall-grass prairie
that once stretched for millions of square miles across North America.
Exhibits at the Tyner Interpretive Center illustrate the many aspects of
the prairie environment. The building serves as a showcase for “green
technology”, while pathways through the property allow visitors to
experience the changes in the prairie through the seasons.
